Extended Access

There are Extended Access appointments for routine care available at Park Surgery, One Life.  These are provided by Central Middlesbrough PCN.  These are available Monday to Friday 18:30 - 20:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.  If you would like to book one of these appointments please speak to a receptionist.

When We Are Closed

If you need to see or speak to a GP on a bank holiday, over the weekend or between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday then please ring NHS 111.  This number is available on the practice answerphone, out of hours, on 01642 245069.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
